PowerPoint in a Day is an intensive service where I block out my entire schedule for one full day to work exclusively on your presentation.
Beforehand, we will have defined your goals, reviewed the content and agreed on the visual direction. That way, when our VIP Day arrives, we can focus on what matters: designing, reviewing and moving forward.

The process
One intensive day dedicated
100% to your presentation.
Booking
You choose your VIP Day in advance, and I reserve that date exclusively for your project.
Preparation
You send me the content, and we have a 30-minute session to define goals, structure and visual direction.
Design
For 7 hours, I work exclusively on your presentation, with 2–3 check-ins to review the work and make decisions.
Delivery
At the end of the day, you receive your final presentation as an editable PowerPoint and PDF.

Before booking
your VIP Day
How many slides can be designed in one day?＋
Between 10 and 15, depending on the complexity of the content.
Do I need to have the content ready?＋
Yes. To make the most of your VIP Day, I need to receive the final copy, images, logos and any other required materials in advance.
Does PowerPoint in a Day include copywriting?＋
No. The content must be ready before the VIP Day. During the preparation session, we can review the structure and identify possible adjustments, but the service does not include copywriting.
Do I need to be available all day?＋
Not continuously, but you will need to be available at specific times agreed in advance. We will have 2–3 check-ins during the day so you can review the work and give me feedback. This allows me to incorporate your comments and keep moving forward without slowing down the VIP Day.
What if I need more than 15 slides?＋
We can consider adding half a day or booking another VIP Day, depending on the needs of the project.
What if I have not defined the visual style yet?＋
No problem. If you do not yet have a defined visual style, we will establish the direction during the preparation stage and develop the concept as part of the VIP Day. Please note that the time spent creating the visual style may reduce the number of slides we can complete during the day.
When will I receive my presentation?＋
That same day. At the end of our VIP Day, you will receive your presentation as an editable PowerPoint and PDF.
